Description:

A 3-floor refurbishment within a trading store. The store required zonal working to maintain trading and keep the customers shopping in a safe environment with minimal disruption to their shopping experience.

Phased small works to maximise retail trading was the order of the day which offered significant caveats when tying in elements of the redesigned build and MEPS.

Works to tie in on these phased areas included but wasn’t limited to: Reglazing the existing shopfront, new internal walls and back of house layout, new wall linings, column boxings, metal skirtings, new balustrade systems as well as a bespoke hanging plant arrangement were a requirement here.

Delivered with LEAN construction and Collaborative Planning as the backbone to its successful delivery as with all our H&M works.
