At CES we assign a dedicated account team to ensure that each client’s needs are efficiently met. Led by a designated Contracts Manager, we ensure that all clients are fully supported throughout the design and build process with a focus on developing and maintaining key working relationships. Our team has over 250 years of shopfitting experience in all aspects of a project, not just the construction phase. We assist with all aspects of a project from design, project management and landlord submissions through to dealing with building control issues, financial management and value engineering.

Since CES was founded, we have incorporated lean build practices into our projects wherever possible. We work closely with our clients, their consultants, our supply chain, and direct contractors to continuously manage and improve the construction processes.

All sub-contractors are thoroughly vetted before being approved to work with CES. The majority of specialist sub-contractor companies we employ are tried and tested with a proven history, to ensure that our standards are met on time every time, limiting any risk to the project’s successful completion.
