Phased refit of a fully working office space to form the new Global Head Office for COS and associated press showroom. Works were undertaken in small phases on the 4th floor of a central London office building with extensive restrictions on deliveries, storage and noise levels. Works included installing a 400m2 mezzanine floor, pouring a resin floor, installing a bespoke marble bar including back fittings as well as specially made birch cabinets, seating and acoustic glass screening.
